We are a full-service apartment management
company operating since 1964 under the trade name of KENCO
in the Atlanta and surrounding area. We currently own and
manage nine affordably priced apartment communities. Our typical
community profile is 75 to 100 apartment homes with laundry
facilities and a swimming pool.
Our full-time uniformed maintenance staff
provides prompt, courteous service and is available daily
24 hours for those unforeseen emergencies. Our technicians
have a common goal which is to keep the apartment homes in
good condition and the residents happy and satisfied. We hire
individuals who are experienced and skilled in all phases
of apartment maintenance.
A full-time uniformed landscaping staff performs
daily all grounds maintenance to achieve the curb appeal that
is necessary for successful leasing and to provide the look
of year round manicured landscaping which KENCO is known for
in the Atlanta area.
Each apartment community has a full-time
resident manager who lives and works on site. Their goal is
to please their residents by being responsive to their housing
needs.
Before employment, all KENCO personnel undergo
background checks and are tested for illegal drug usage. Dress
codes are enforced. Many of our personnel are long term employees
and have been with us for over ten years.
Our apartment communities are built or purchased
with the idea of owning them indefinitely. Our current portfolio
consists of communities we have owned from 15 to 35 years.
Therefore, our method of regular preventative maintenance,
fixing things right the first time, and using quality parts
and materials is performed because of this long term intention.
KENCO is owned by Christians who know they
have to answer to the Lord for all they do. Therefore, they
believe it is in their best interest to treat their residents,
employees, and vendors as they themselves would want to be
treated.
